Sarastro Band est un projet regroupant des artistes de YES, Caravan, Greenslade, Alan Parsons Project et Steve Hackett Band comme Rick Wakeman, Richard Sinclair, Nick Magnus, Billy Sherwood, David Paton, Dave Lawson et Amanda Lehmann.

Leur premier album est New Progmantics, tout un programme.
